Barbara Brandeburg has a vivid memory of her first trip to the fabric store with her mother as a young girl. Her heart raced and a passion for fabric and color was born. She has been designing and playing with both in one form or another ever since. In 1994 she launched Cabbage Rose, her pattern company. Barbara has published numerous patterns and books, and she also designs fabric.
